What is the minimum and maximum ticket size?

Red Fort Capital lends from ₹1 Crore to ₹10 Crore per facility. Larger requirements are considered on a syndication or co-lending basis.

Do you require collateral?

Yes — all our facilities are secured by self-owned property, plant and machinery, or assignable receivables. Cover ratio is typically 1.5x to 3x of the sanctioned amount.

What interest rate will I be charged?

Our rates start at 13.5% p.a. on working capital and 13.75% p.a. on equipment finance. Pricing is risk-based — strong financials and clean collateral attract lower rates.

Are there hidden fees?

No. A one-time processing fee of 1%–2% of the sanctioned amount, statutory stamp duty on the security documents, and the panel-valuer/legal-opinion fees are the only charges. All are disclosed upfront.

Can I prepay or foreclose my loan?

Yes. Working capital loans on floating rate carry 0% foreclosure after 12 EMIs. Fixed-rate term loans attract a 2% foreclosure charge on outstanding principal.

What is the EMI structure?

Standard monthly EMI on term loans. For seasonal businesses, structured EMIs or bullet repayments can be arranged. Working capital lines support interest-only servicing with revolving principal.

Do you fund startups?

We typically work with businesses that have at least 3 years of audited operations and ₹5 Cr+ in turnover. Earlier-stage businesses can be considered with strong co-applicants and collateral.

How are EMIs paid?

Through NACH/eNACH mandates on your designated repayment account. Statements and amortisation schedules are accessible from the customer portal.
