We take complaints seriously. Here's how to escalate, and the timelines you can expect at each level.

3-level escalation

How to raise a concern

  1. 1

    Level 1 — Branch / Relationship Manager

    Reach out to your relationship manager or write to deals@redfortcapitalnbfc.in. We respond to acknowledged complaints within 5 business days.

  2. 2

    Level 2 — Grievance Redressal Officer

    If unresolved within 10 business days, escalate to the GRO at grievance@redfortcapitalnbfc.in. Resolution within a further 15 business days.

  3. 3

    Level 3 — RBI Ombudsman

    Unresolved beyond 30 days? Approach the RBI Integrated Ombudsman at https://cms.rbi.org.in (the GRO will assist you with the filing).
